  2. Personally I like to create my Master pages first which will layout my numbers for my pages and allow me to copy content to other pages that must be there like section names, magazine name, etc…
  3. Then all you have to do is begin your layout, the best format for this is to begin bottom up. (Background first building up to the content.
  4. Once you are done with your layout you must prep for editing.
  5. You first review your material, then print to .pdf so that you can share with the editor or with friends for review for grammatical and punctuation errors.
  6. After a final review you make the necessary corrections then do a preflight, which checks over your content and finds anything missing.  This will help prevent calls from the printer asking for material.
  7. Then you package your content and either ftp it to your printer or deliver in any format they require.
